Payment and security

Payment today: bank transfer

After we confirm the date and your guide, we email payment instructions: beneficiary NODUS ICT SOLUTIONS d.o.o., the account number, the amount in RSD and your booking reference. The booking is final when the transfer arrives, usually within 1–2 working days from abroad. You pay nothing until you have our confirmation. Card payment is not yet available.

Currency

All payments are made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia, the dinar (RSD). Prices shown in euros are for information. The RSD amount is calculated at the indicative rate stated during booking and fixed on the invoice we send.

When card payment is introduced: the amount charged to your card is in dinars. If your card is in another currency, the amount on your statement is converted by your card issuer at the rate used by the card schemes, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there may be a slight difference from the price shown on our website.

Card payments and data protection

When card payment is introduced, card details will be entered only on the secure payment page of the bank's processor, never on our website. Confidential information is transmitted over the public network in encrypted form using the TLS protocol, in line with the PCI DSS standard. Card data is not available to us at any time.

Payments will be protected by 3-D Secure (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check), which confirms your identity with your card issuer during payment.

Refunds

Refunds for bank transfers are made to the account the payment came from. When card payment is introduced, refunds of card payments are made only to the same card, through the acquiring bank, in line with our cancellation policy.
